Ensure the tungsten blade is secured tightly. Match the reamer to the correct pipe size, secure it to your drill, and run at low RPM with steady pressure for a clean, controlled cut.

This kit is built for Australian copper. It covers 15mm and 20mm pipe, so the tool actually fits the pipe in front of you. No imported 22mm guesswork.

The worst part of copper work is rarely the cut. It's getting a clean pipe end in a tight spot, on old pipe, where access is rubbish. Match the cleaner to your pipe size, pop it in the drill, insert the pipe and run it for a couple of seconds. That cleans roughly the first 20mm of the end, ready for your next repair step.

What does the Copper Cleaner Pro do?

It cleans the outside of 15mm and 20mm copper pipe ends using your drill, helping prep the pipe faster before soldering, pressing, or repair work.

What sizes are included?

Does it fit a standard drill?

Yes. It uses a 1/4" quick-change shank, so it works with most common drill drivers and impact-style quick-change chucks.

Does it clean the inside of the fitting?

No. It cleans the outside of the pipe end only. For soldered joints, you still need to clean the inside of the fitting and deburr the pipe as normal. Annoying, but physics remains undefeated.

How much of the pipe does it clean?

It’s designed to clean roughly the first 20mm of the pipe end, which suits common copper prep requirements before joining.

Are the cleaning needles replaceable?

Yes. The internal steel needle design is serviceable, so the working parts can be changed when they wear instead of throwing out the whole tool.
